Pets First Products & Services Inc. is a private company incorporated in the province of British Columbia in 1994. The company is owned and operated by a small group of shareholders. The company has sales in excess of 1 million dollars per year, primarily in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest United States marketplaces.

Currently we deliver to Washington, Oregon, California, Utah and Idaho. Our products are available right across Canada.

Pets First distributes its proprietary food formulations, as well as over 500 pet products, through various area offices, Independent Contractors and Pet Professionals (Breeders).

Currently there are area offices in The Okanagan Valley (BC), North Vancouver (BC), Maple Ridge (BC), Calgary (AB), Moose Jaw (SASK), Seattle (WA) and Portland (OR). Our head office is in Surrey (BC) and our US base of operations is planned for the Seattle area.

We have over 500 Independent Contractors and over 150 Pet Professionals (Breeders) that use and/or distribute our products.

Our formulations are superior to any in the marketplace. We meet or exceed AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials)as well as CVMA ( Canadian Veterinary Medical Association) standards. We only use the finest raw ingredients many of which are human grade. There are NO animal by-products or artificial preservatives in our food formulations.

Our bags are stamped with the date of manufacture so you always know just how fresh the food really is. A more detailed ingredient analysis is available on request.

Pets First delivers fresh food to your door (most areas). Our products do NOT sit in various warehouses or retail establishments getting old and stale. Our goal is to deliver the freshest, most nutritious product directly to your door.

Pets First has over 500 pet related products including high quality natural treats, toys, leashes, bowls, pet care products, 'certified organic' shampoos and conditioners, kennels, deodorizers, etc. Our Canadian catalogue is available on request.

Our products are all available over the internet and orders are sent automatically to the Independent Contractor or area office of your choice. All of these products can be delivered individually or with your food order.

All of our products earn valuable pet points. These points can be redeemed for any product in our catalogue - a fitting reward for you or your pet.

We use 'word of mouth' to let people know about our great products and reward those that recommend us by giving them 2000 Pet Points for each referral that becomes a customer (5 referrals could mean a free 40 pound bag of dog food).
